The gastronomic culture of Japan has left its mark internationally, being the origin of dishes as characteristic and widespread as “sushi”,“mochis” and “ramen”.

Sapporo city, cradle of  ramen, leaves a gastronomic heritage through its traditional culinary instrument: chopsticks.

Their shape and textures sneak into the structures of our pieces.
